I attended an online Lyme disease group recently, run by Project Lyme and Mothers Against Lyme.

Here are my notes from the session - what other's have found helpful:

I have not read anything about dry fasting. But please remember that many Lyme patients have POTS. Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. One of the key ways to manage it is good hydration with electrolytes.

So if it is suggesting to fast for a long time without water, steer clear imo.
