over the past several months I've been generally getting a decent nights sleep but when I wake up it feels as though I've been run over by a train,
terrible aches and pains throughout a lot of my body, head, neck, shoulders, arms, upper and lower back, stiff legs, planter fasciitis on both feet
when driving I struggle badly to keep my eyes open
then when I try to get rest it seems like the more fatigued I become,
I'm exhausted and worn to a thread after only a fraction of the work I used to do

I'm so sorry this is happening to you, too.
So many here have the same story about lack of sleep and horrible symptoms.
I don't know what you have been diagnosed with and what you are doing for treatment, but please keep up your indominable spirit and seek help - on the forum and from doctors
you have to do your research and try to make the best decisions for yourself to find a way to get better, even when you don't feel like it - so many have gotten better and even mostly well again
