Hi,

I'm sure if you've been here recently that you've seen the post concerning Minocin and Benicar and the great possibilities it has. I was thinking of sending a copy of the first and second phases of treatment to our Dr. and wanted to see if you already had. Please let me know either through here or via e-mail.

God Bless You,

Pam

Pam,

My son is a patient at the same clinic as you and ConnieMc. I have been following the threads regarding the Minocin and Benicar and have printed out some info to carry for his visit with the doc next week.

Best wishes and good health to you!

andrea

Hey gals -

Pam, I haven't had enough of a brain recently to keep up with these discussions, and to fully comprehend the implications. I am coming off Minocycline after today for a break, and should get "smarter" over the next few days. So, will be sure to read this info.

Andrea, glad you are taking this in to the doc's office. Would love to hear some feedback. I am also trying to keep up with the magnesium protocol to see how that impacts me as well. And want them to look at that as well. Just haven't pulled it together. Thanks, Marnie. From what I have been able to comprehend, it all makes a great deal of sense.

I had a relapse of Babesia I had to address so have been "zoned out" for the past few weeks on too many drugs. My brain is fried anyway, but add all the heavy-duty herx enhancers and I am super stupid. Fatigue is now back under control, so on the mend. It's always fun to explore the new ideas.

But, to anyone who cares, I think Minocycline is a better drug than Rocephin for neuro-Lyme. I have major cognitive impairment, and see definite improvement in cognitive skills after a course. Time will tell if it will continue as I pulse on and off it.

C U all later. Andrea, have been meaning to get in touch. Will soon. How is your son?

Thanks for the replies.

Andrea,

I'm glad to know the good Dr. will be getting the information.

Connie,

I'm on the Minocin with Septra myself and quite often lately I find myself totally confused. It's definitely working on the brain stuff. I've had a few pretty decent days in a row now and it's a real nice change. I'm pulsing on 5 and off 2. By about the 4th day on, I can tell I'm taking something powerful.

I hope you'll continue to improve. It's very hard each time we slip back, even if it's not a lot at a time. The days which are a little better are hard to let go.

I come back to NC for appt. on May 28th so will see what he thinks about this protocol at that time. I have a feeling he'll keep me on the meds I'm on if there's improvement still being made. Will be interesting to hear his take on it either way.

God Bless You Both,

Pam

Pam, what time is your appt on the 28th? I have one at noon. Let me know if you are there anytime close to that.

Connie
