does anyone take mepron and zith together at same time or better to take separately?

i take mepron with breakfast and dinner and zith with lunch but hard to fit in everything else

YOU're supposed to take them together always..the mepron will not work properly without a macrolide taken at the same time..so go ahead and take them together with a fatty food also...

mepron needs a fatty food to be absorbed correctly as well. I used to take a tbs of pnut butter or a tbs of choc. pudding or something with it .

so yes, you NEED to be taking them at the same time....
