Six years ago I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and began treatment. I have been very well since. I go through about 2 weeks each year where I'm not well but always pull out of it, This year its different..so I don't know for sure if its Lyme or not. Any opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..I'm desperate and afraid. My symptoms are I lost 25 lbs. since Jan. Possible gallbladder no stones showing but cck says not functioning. I have extreme fatigue unable to work. Chest pain and extreme pressure on my chest and neck. Especially where your glands are in your neck by the end of the night I can't hold my head up. I have extremem pressure in my head every single day. It burns, tingles and moves around..horrible feeling, I have a noise in my head. when I lay down to sleep or rest my head jerks and the pains get worse, when I get up I'm dizzy and feel horrible. I have weakness in my fingers and legs. I also have twitches and burning throughout my body. Those are the main symptoms right now. I have an appt. to see a surgeon tomorrow about getting my gallbladder out but I'm so afraid to have surgery because of the way I feel.. Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for your valuable time. God Bless!

Hi LisaE,

I completely understand what you're going through right now. I've been off meds for a little over a year, and am now suspicious that I am relapsing. The best thing you can do is go to an LLMD and find out for sure.

As for the gallbladder . . . I had my gallbladder out in the middle of my lyme treatment. And I was told I recovered from that very quickly. (I guess I just had a different experience than Caveman). If you think about it, though, you've already been through so much with your body at this point, it might make the surgery seem less harsh than it would to someone else.

Also . . . FYI you could have "sludge" in your gallbladder. I only had very tiny stones when I had mine out, but I had so much sludge the thing was about to blow! lol
