I finally (after 9 months of searching and Four years of pain) I was able to have my voice be heard in a real LLMD's office. Traveled from Georgia to NC to see Dr. J. thank you all for your support and encouragement. He put me on 750 mg of Zithro and 100 mg twice a day of minocin. It felt great to finally talk to someone who knew what Lyme was and was willing to do something to help me. I know I am in for a long road to recovery, but being able to take the first steps feels great.

It must feel awesome to finally take action and have some 'sort of control' over what must have been a frustrating experience over the past four years.
Isn't it great to have that justification? I'm not nuts! There is something REAL wrong with me. I'll tell you what, when I was first dx'd, I was so relieved.
Here's the other reason I'm posting this. During the Olympics down there, I had a hotel in North Carolina and made the commute every day for a week. ARGH! I only went to Conyers for the equestrian stuff though. Only made it to Atlanta once and stayed with a friend over night.
That was a very tough trip. I'd do it over again though.
