Yes. I was misdiagnosed as having temporal lobe epilepsy by doctors at the university of virginia based on psychiatric symptoms and an EEG "practically diagnostic" for bilateral temporal lobe epilepsy. It turns out that I had a case of lymebrain, and the eeg was due either to the direct action of the disorder or to a coincident B12 deficiency, which can also produce an eeg pattern similar to bilateral TLE. I don't have the report in front of me, so I can tell you exactly whether the pattern was slower and had spikes and whatnot but I suppose I could dig that up if I had to.
