ok i have both and i went on organic site and bought four bottles of ARTEMISININ,

but after i ordered i also noticed they had
artemisa and it seems that they were 300 mg a pill for this one.

and only one hundred mg for ARTEMISININ,

the dr zangs were 400 did i order wrong ones???

and is the ARTEMISININ going to treat babs as well or better than the ARTEMISA,

SHOULD I EMAIL THEM AND CHANGE TO OTHER ONE ARTEMISA, that the one my doc says to use.

IM SO CONFUSE.

QUESTION WHICH IS BETTER AND WHY IS THIS ARTEMISININ SO MUCH SMALLER AND LESS MG.

is it more potent ??

the other only says kill protozons and i was wondering if this ARTEMISININ does the same??

any help would be apprceiated.

thanks debbie from warwick

oh and ARTEMISA, was 18.00 bottle but there was more in this bottle.

and ARTEMISININ was 17.00 with small and less amount go figure????

I don't know why, but I should, my doc insisted on Artemisinin. He even suggested a brand - Nutricology. I was able to find it cheaper on organic pharmacy than it was on Nutricology's website.

Artemesia is just the raw herb, Artemesinin is an extract of the herb and is WAY more potent even in the reduced amount. I guess a good analogy would be chewing some willow tree bark vs taking an aspirin tablet.

You got the right stuff, IMO it's more effective than Mepron.

Artemisinin is a highly concentrated extraction of quinghaosu, the active ingrediant in artemesia annua (artemesia). Artemisinin and the whole herb, artemesia, have both been used to treat malaria.

Artemisinin has 300 times the amount of quinghaosu than the whole herb.

So that might explain the discrepancy?

Artemisnin is what my doc recommended. Dosage really seems to vary -- I'm on 2 doses of 300 mg/day. Some people take more, some can't tolerate more than 100 or 200 mg daily. Suggest you start slow with it, since it can pack a powerful herx.

Some people use both the whole herb and the artemisinin together, since they feel that it is more effective with all its components. I don't use it that way, so I can't tell you any more about it.

Most of the literature I've read recommends that you take a break after you've used it continuously for 2-3 months.

Good luck, Debbie.

Well, i finally got around to ordering my artemisinin 100mg 90 capsules for 17 bucks.

I hope they are the right ones.

I like the idea of only taking 100mg at first.

Im forgetting about taking Lariam. Im just going to tell my doctor that it didnt agree with me. I would rather do something natural than try something that has such a bad reputation.

I cant wait for it to get here!!!!!!!!!

Atta-way, Jordon-

Glad you listened to your gut-

After this Flagyl only--some abx- next deal that I told ya'll about, guess I have to face the Babs--no--hasn't been addressed yet.

The protocol is set up--why it wasn't done first is because, I guess, my neuro was so-so bad-

Anyway, please, both of you and anyone else--keep posting about results. I have had a bottle of Artimissian on my shelf for months.

Doc said I could take it when ready-tho' that was not his intention--

And BTW--here we go again--are you taking anything along with it ? If so-what?

Choc.
