And nerve damage takes a long time to heal, so don't expect it to go away quickly.

Studies have shown that, in healthy people, nerves heal at the rate of 1" per month, and it can take nerves up to two years to heal. The same goes for brain injuries, it can take a couple of years for a damaged brain to re-map/re-train its pathways.

Vitamin B12, Alpha Lipolic Acid, Evening Primrose Oil and others have been shown to aid nerve recovery.

Neurotherapy (a.k.a. neurofeedback) has been shown to help with ADD, anxiety, and recovery from traumatic brain injuries.

Please keep these things in mind in respect to your treatment regimen.
