Hi,

The FDA banned the supplement,MGN-3, by Lane Labs for false labeling. This was a phenomenal immune stimulant.

The FDA does not say it's harmful in any way & there is no recall on the product.

You can still purchase what's on the shelves, but the FDA ordered Lane Lab's inventory to be destroyed.

This hurts so many patients------of course, Lyme, but cancer & chemo patient; & AIDS.

Can the pharmaceuticals get any greedier?

The FDA was created to protect the public???

This product was first studied for cancer patients so-------is it the cancer industry biting back?

Anyway, Lane Labs is going to appeal.

Take Care,
Jan

I hope Lane Labs wins the appeal. This stuff really stinks.

The FDA rules used to be differant. They were changed and when they were changed the prices went up.

It used to be that a drug and/or supplement had to show that it was safe.

Now companies must show that it is safe and effective for every disease it is authorized to be used. This is silly.

#1, no drug is effective in all people all the time

#2, no drug is safe in all people all the time anyways

#3, requiring every drug to be tested on every disease is not only cost consuming but it also limits the ability to discover whether a drug can treat differant things.

Thanks guys for your comments.

I was hoping some day to use that regularly if I ever get to stop ABX.

I'd even planned to work at a health food store & get it 50% off just so I could live.

Well, I guess it's down to beta glucans now.
Bye,
Jan
