I have just had some more tests done. One was an MRI on my spine which has damage in various vertibrea and I had an ultrasound of my thyroid and it has some nodules on it. I have been having pain when swallowing and talking and this explains it. My GP is now sending me to an endocrinologist to see what the next step is. I have nerve dammage in my C-5 nerve which runs from left hip down to knee and down to toes! I am being told daily that more is wrong with me. I went to see Dr D in Boston and he seemed to thiink that I have been bitten multiple times in my life aqnd it more than likely started when I was a teenager and I am now in my late thirties! I feel like I have termites eating away at my foundation and they just won't stop!! When will they stop? I am afraid this disease is going to kill me!

Nancy, I am so sorry you are feeling so bad. I remember some of your earlier posts and it sound like you are worse and worse with time. Have you been tested for co-infections? I do not know what is Dr. K. record on that. I see her too now, but my Lyme is fairly moderate....nothing so bad like what you describe. I hope there are better days for you to come soon! Marta
