Yes, and it could be a herx reaction. My llmd says that herxes are INTENSE Lyme symptoms that you've been experiencing and new ones that you have not experienced before.

So, IMO, and I am not a doctor, is this normal? Probably more likely than not. Keep reading...

EARTHPEACE,
I got pins and needles n prickles all over my body on doxy, who really knows if this its the doxy or a herx. Another girl on here got prickles n pins from doxy. The phamacists ive talked to say that its not the doxy, but again who knows. I noticed I still get the prickles even when im not on doxy so maybe its just the doxy bringing that symptom out.

I am alos on doxy and have been for about 2 weeks. Before I started on the doxy I had twitches and tingles all over from the lymes. It got somewhat worse after I started the doxy. I think you probably are herxing as others said but i am no Dr. I am having worse throat problems then before like something is caught in my throat but i think this is part of a herx as I had that before the doxy too. I have an appt. with Dr. C on the 13th. I am sooooooooo happy about that. Now maybe I will get some answers!!!!!!! Take care and keep keeping ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
