I know this is a weird question..but I'm perpetually constipated due to the abx...and because of this, I swear I think it's the reason I'm so dizzy. I think they're connected...

when I go, i feel less dizzy..but when I'm bloated adn 'stuffed up' so to speak, I"m very dizzy/lightheaded...

anyone else?

Lisa

Lisa,

I used to get this all the time. It took theh docs three years to figure out it came from gall stones.

Do you still have your gb?

Lisa, do you take any Colace, Metamucil, etc to help? Probiotics & H2o are helpful im this dept

I try to stay away from the stimulants.

Constipation is often caused by not enough liquids. So is dizziness. Have you made sure to drink LOTS of water every day?

yes I still have my gb...never been on anything that would have irritated it..rocephin etc...not nausea or had any attacks..

have always been constipated..just alot worse lately..

Is it ok to take colace or something to soften the stools..this sounds gross..but I get alot of little pebbles ....I need a good bowel movement..I feel so full, adn just feel like this is where the dizziness is coming from if this makes sense???? Idrink plenty of water...when I bend over I get dizzy..like I squishing my intestines or something...weird

someone once told me if you feel like crap and then feel better after a poop, then that means you've gotten rid of some toxins when you pooped. I never saw any studies or anything on that but it makes sense to me.

Metamucil or psyllium husks (same thing) would help either diarreah or constipation.

Hi Ella,

I find that it is the toxins too.
At least for me.

Work on that detox. Metamucil did nothing for me but make me bloat and more miserable.

I increased my omega oils and magnesium.
One can increase magnesium if you are still constipated. If you take too much it gives you diahrreah. (one thing I have never had)
Keep up the probiotics-lots.
Take your milkthistle and any other liver detox thing you are doing.

Drinks tons of water. I was still drinking almost a gallon a day and still constipated. I finally added hydrate II (holistic drops) to my water. Apparently my cells are crusted around them and this cleans them so nutrients can pass thru much better for cell function.
All I can say is it is working for me.

Hang in there & let us kow how things are moving.
