No one has been responding to my topics-and when I use to get on more often no one would really respond....Is there a reason why people aren't responding? I have some questions and thought it would help by asking on here-you guys have been an inspiration and have given me good advice before.

What kinds of foods are people eating to help with the Lyme and are you using Dr. B's food guide??

Also-I have a groshong and was wondering if others did-were or are you getting a rash that is from the tube on your skin where you are tucking it in or keeping it up??

Eat green vegetables and a lot of fish.

Consider putting a gauze pad under the tube.

As far as getting answers, you just have to hit it right. Sometimes I get answers. Sometimes I don't. Don't take it personally.

To clarify, when I say "put a gauze pad under the tube", I mean put the pad between the skin and the tube.

I eat what I want; the disease is hard enough to handle without wondering what to eat. Sometimes lucky that I feel like eating. Anyway, avoid sugars(I guess);
I don't have whatever you mentioned(gosh--something or other) Don't know what you are talking about; assuming pick line related. Correct?
Hope things go better. Lyme is an awful illness; have had it going on four yrs.
We need to have hope. That's all I can say.

I basically follow Dr. B's recommended diet. Although I've allowed myself to get more liberal the last few weeks.

I believe Dr. B's guidelines on food is basically to prevent yeast. I have had yeast problems in the past, so I need to be on the diet while on abx.

I actually noticed I feel best when I eat very little. If I just graze all day, eating small snacks, my pain is much less.

Hi,

I'm very sorry...I hadn't seen your post as I am having an overload of problems too.

I know you need to avoid sugars and that you need to eat lots of fruits, veggies, fish and drink lots and lots of water.

You also need lots of suppliments, which someone would have to tell you about as I can't since my condition is quite complicated with other things other than just Lyme.
