Just a quick question...

Is there anyone here whose children are considered "cured" and no longer have Lyme? Well, at least temporarily?

I have read from Dr. Jones several times that children can be cured. I would really be interested in hearing stories and info.

Thanks!

Shelly

YES! my daughter went un-diagnosed for a year and a half, went to Dr. J and was put on amoxy and zithro 2 times a day and is fine now. It took her 9 months on both abx and a really nasty herx but that was 3 years ago.
Dr. J is the best for kids.

my 17 year old daughter is cured if you will...she had lyme and babesia and missed her entire sophomore year of high school. she had to take timed SAT's and her cognitve and memory stuff was way off..she had encephalitis very bad...but after 2 years of oral abx, adn dr. jones persistance...she is about 100%..she is off to college this year in boston and doing great!
No more abx , and has had no prblems..knock on wood...

also my 11 year old son ...had 2 years of abx when he was 7....got off them, then i guess it's normal to relapse during puberty which he did..so then he went back on ..he had babs, bart adn lyme originally...now he 's off abx, and on tibetan herbs..doing great! no more symptoms at all...he had mostly physical symtoms like stomach stuff, headaches, fatigue, joint stuff , hyperactivity etc..at his worst with bartonella he had terrible episodes of rage, and anger...

but dr. jones has brought them both back to about 100%..doing great..my son is playing tennis, running cross country adn playing baseball again...

I wish he could be my dr!

Lisa
