Howdy all,

I have to be the first to report the results of ceasing ALL intake of NutraSweet.

Wow.

It have been more effective for me then many of the supplements that I have tried in the last 1 and 1/2 years of struggling with Lyme Disease.

Especially in the anxiety, skin, and total energy dept. I did
feel withdrawl symptoms the first two weeks.

If you are even drinking ONE can a day of Diet Soda, please, take the challenge. It is free. It will help you in your struggle.

Anyone else who has quit NutraSweet, please share you results.

Keep on, keepin on!

I tried it for a week+ and I still feel the same. Oh well, it was worth a try...

When I quit Nutrasweet, I noticed no difference in my symptoms or behavior.

I quit 3 weeks ago and have noticed no difference. But I just don't like the concept of artificial sweetners in my food so will permanently quit anyway.

Howdy all,

Thanks for checking in!

Please continue on your 60 day challenge!

Check out this link:
http://www.mercola.com/article/aspartame/dangers.htm

The fact still remains, you cannot be ingesting a pharmaceutical (NutraSweet) and fighting Lyme Disease at the same time, this is contradictory.

And again, we feel many supplements that cost us $$$ may not have any effect, yet we keep taking them.

This is totally free. And healthy!

Keep on, keepin' on!
