Oh boy Im going through a doozy of a herx.I stopped antibiotics for a couple of days because I was just too spent.How long can you go off antibiotics before these bugs start multiplying again?

Ouch... not a fun place to be.

Sorry you are hurting.

Each med has a certain length of time it "lingers" in the body... so it is hard to say how long you can go without falling backwards.

For example.. over 2 weeks for zithromax. It will keep killing all that time. You can also develop an allergic reaction from zithro that long after you stop taking it... so you know it lasts a long while.

Getting the "garbage" out of your system will make you feel better. You may want to focus on how long that takes?
