Has anyone had a problem with this and is it considered a symptom association with lyme? (This is a condition where the eyelid is contracted by muscle spasms and in more severe cases the eyelids want to remain closed.)
I have a friend who lives about an hour from Dr. C with some clinical symptoms of lyme but has never been tested. I encouraged her to make an appointment and since the blepharospasm is a major problem for her right now, I was hoping treatment for lyme might help with that, too (she's getting Botox injections right now).

Wow...did it resolve with lyme treatment? I think even a little improvement would really be an encouragement to my friend because it makes it so hard to drive or read.
Like me, she's had oodles of tick bites in the Ozarks, some with rashes, and had never even considered lyme as a possible cause for her health problems.

The Blepharospasm were amongst the early symptoms of my very recent clincal diagnosis of LD. Igenex test is on the making. I still consider LD as aprehended LD since 10 years with the usuals listed symptoms 55 out of 75 and out of realm non conclusive diagnosis.
I am on BOTOX since 10 years. I am already Hexing on C-salt protocol after 3 weeks. My LLMD confirmed she has several patients with blepharospasm; but the litterature on this as a LD symptom is rather scarced. Can anybody substantiate blepharospasms as LD symptoms? Jean from Quebec
