In another post you said something about eating certain food at certain times. Salads are only to be eaten during the day!!!!

Where is the source of this info? Im pretty much with you on all the other stuff you mentioned but I dont know aything about eating what food when.

Of course, often Im so brain dead that when I open the fridge I have no idea at all what to do with the food so I just eat peanut butter and rice cakes. Its organic so that at least makes me feel better about that. It does keep me alive.

Hi Sofy,

Just saw your post.

The best time to eat salad is during the day since salad is cold and rough for our digestive system to process. Digestive system functions stronger during the daytime that's why.

Another thing is the salad dressing mostly acidic nature so it is best not to have it settling in our stomach too long. This may disrupt the inside and cause heartburn.

This is what I'd learned from Kalie at www.akgnaturals.com . I've learned most of the things I'd mentioned in the other post from Kalie or Andreas. I've learned many useful info from them besides the fact that I found their other products, not just podi patch, are very effective as well.

BTW, don't eat peanut butter eventhough it is organic. All peanut contains mold. Instead eat organic almond butter. What we put in our body that's what we get out of it. I actually save money if I take good care of my body so I won't get sick often. I like to learn many things from everyone and I do apply it to my daily life.

It seems like you are doing a good job taking care of yourself too. That's great.

thanks for your reply. i know about the p butter but have been avoiding the truth. The stores have all stopped carrying my brand so I guess the gods are making me do the right thing.

Its been so nice to have that p butter to slather when im too stupid to know what to do with the food but all good/bad things come to and end.

I knew I shouldnt have given into the urge when it came but i did it anyway.

thanks again for your reply

My pleasure, Sofy. What good is it to learn useful info and not passing it on. It's a blessing to feel healthier now than before so a chance to help others is my way to give back. Sometimes we think it does not mean much but that one little thing could mean a lot for someone else.

I'm sure you would do the same thing I'm doing because we understand and know what's like to be chronically ill.

I know the convenience of peanut butter and I'm sure you'll find a solution for that. I enjoy cooking so I search and come up with easy recipes when I'm not feeling my best. If you would like a few recipes email me privately and I'll email them to you.

I'm not able to use internet til Sunday since my aunt does not have computer at her home. We're spending holiday at her home. Just in case you're emailing me and receive no response.

Happy Holidays.
