Trying to cover all my bases, I contacted the CDC for info about Babesia. They would not give me any untill I sent them a blood sample for them to test. They said this was due to the number of false postives from "certain" labs. Has anyone been down this road?

Boy, how weird is this. A government health agency won't send info without a blood sample?
They have an article on babesia posted on their website. Try that. I don't think they can require blood samples as the entry price for a look at the website!
