What if anything has helped those of us with very long term neruo symptoms? Not Neroutin which did notning for intense nerve pain, burning and tingling all over?

Klonopin has helped me with the tremors and associated anxiety. But, it doesn't help with the cognitive stuff. It is a temporary fix.
I am sure others will have insight as to what helps long-term.
