Does anyone know a good supplemet for the crackling joints. I crack all day long and even do it in my sleep.
I think that when i was on levoquin that it got worse and wont heal on its own. I did it underwater in my pool the other day and its so loud it sound slike i am crushing bones.

HI Twinkles--I know exactly how you feel.
Went threw it for years. Hell. I started
taking Glucosamine sulfate. Saved my life.
Eight years ago it was $75 a bottle--
Now its about $12 for the good stuff.
I used to be a chashier at a Large health
food store in Austin. The Glucosamine
sulfate worked SO Well for me that I would recomend it to customers with joint pain.
I have had Hundreds of these customers
come up and thank me for recomending
Glucosamine sulfate it helped them so much.
It seams to have helped about 80 per cent
of the people that took it.
It has Really Helped Me. I take about
2000 MG a day. I felt good results in just
a few days-- But in most people it seams to take 3 weeks or so. I have had to take
it all the time -- when I stop--
the snapping - pain- starts to come back.
So I think taking this is a forever thing.
Make sure it dose Not say -HCL- on the
lable this is the cheep stuff and dose
not work as well. Get it at health food
store - not wal-mart. you can find alot
of futher info on the web. Try it.
It was Great for me--Jay ----
