Hi

I am thinking about having a colonic irrigation to try and sort my candida out once and for all and was wondering what other peoples thoughts were on it. I am only on 4 bicillan shots over 2 days once a month so am abx free for the remainder and have been for 8 months, but i just cant seem to get my gi tract sorted. Plus ive gone mad i keep eating sugars, i used to be so good but since being relatively healthy and leading a normal life, like working full time and going out clubbing etc i keep breaking my diet. Then I heard about this and wondered why it was never mentioned before.

Thanks ever so much

Trudie x

my holistic doctor who recommends coffee enemas for detox, does not recommend colonic irrigation. I asked him for my yeast problems.

Besides, it would not help yeast anyway if you continue to eat sugar. Coming back from yeast is a long hard road!!

I have had it for years and I sympathize.
