Does anyone have experience with Riamet for treatment of babesia, and what was your regimine for taking this drug?

How does one go about getting this, since it is not available in the US? Do I need a perscription from a doctor?

Sent you four answers the last couple of days answering your e-mails. Please check.

For whoever else might be interested. Yes, Riamet works - it worked for my husband, it worked for a great number of patients.

Novartis in Switzerland makes it. You can check and get all the info on that site.

Do a search here, bpeck also very diligently talks about the choices and Riamet.

You most likely need a prescription. But you can try phoning or e-mailing http://www.inter-apotheke.de/ in Munich.

If that does not work, I have a couple of pharmacies in Germany that I have been dealing with. So let me know. But first, you might want to contact the international in Munich if you are really interested in taking Riamet.

I myself prefer it -- taking 24 little pills over a sixty hour period beats taking Artemesinin for 6 weeks several times a day.
And I do feel it works a lot better. You might have to do another round of it a few weeks/months later. Depends on your overall body toxicity. If you are heavy metal toxic, that changes the whole picture. Hopefully, you are clear in that area.

Hope this helps.

Take care.

Take

That sight is in German only, and cannot navigate it.

I found a sight called 7daypharmacy.com that carries Riamet. Has anyone heard of this site before.

I am a little apprehensive about purchasing something over the internet. Issues of quality, authenticity, etc.

Any opinions?
