I've read this in a few posts, and I was wondering if it's the same thing that I had done once. I think it was called something kinesiology and this man: http://www.healingenergy.net/ did it. Is this where a person asks your body a question, and then pulls/pushes on your arm or leg? If the body is stiff, then it doesn't need it, but if it gives with his push, then it does need it.

I had it done last spring during my theology class and he determined that my root chakra was blocked and my body said it needed Omega 3 fish oil.

There's kinesiology, contact reflex kinesiology, ART testing. There is actually all KINDS of this testing.

I stick with my contact reflex analysis testing, and yes, she did what you said, but she was more WAY more indepth. it took her four hours to test me. She was recommended by Mercola.com

I always have an open mind with all forms of treatment and diagnosis. Kinesiology may be great, but it sure as heck didn't work for me.

I have a distant relative (third uncle twice removed or something like that) who is supposed to be a kinesiology guru. When I met him, I didn't have a diagnosis yet. Within about 10 minutes he determined that my symptoms (at that point severe hand and wrist pain and stiffness, and severe pain in my upper back, neck and shoulders) was caused because my mother wouldn't accept the line of work I am in.

I had some stress with my relationship with my mom at that point, but it was not to the level that it would cause such intense pain. And my mom was the person who pushed me to get tested for Lyme. If it wasn't for her, I'd probably still be trying to find the magic fibromyalgia pill.

It didn't work for my daughter at all either. Seemed really hoaky to us anyway.

In hind site what this supposed "treatment" showed was the complete opposite what she actually responded to.
