I have finally figured out my recent dip in my good feelings have not been a herx but YEAST. I dont know why but I havent been taking a probiotic until today. Does anyone have any advice? I thought i'd get just a white tongue and then I'd do something about it. I didnt realize how much you "feel" it instead.

Any suggestions?

thanks

Hey dullchime,

Yeast can raise all kinds of havoc including mimicking lyme and other diseases.

There is a ton of info on this board on dealing with yeast-if you do a search you will certainly come up with all kinds of things to read.

Meantime here's a link to a post where I answered someone else with a similar question with my opinion on dealing with it through changing your diet and other related issues. A number of others answered the post and gave lots of good advice too.

I'm sure the other folks here can give you some other links too.

Hi Dull,

Just wondering how you suspect yeast? How did you come to that conclusion?

First it started with a persistant dry mouth with difficulty swallowing and finding white spots on my throat.

I had some dibilitating fatigue, and I mean I almost fell asleep at the wheel.

Lost the ability to spell. Felt pretty "Stupid" for a couple of weeks. Panic attacks, sleep problems.

Some of these sound just like Lyme and most of these I've had before but this time it was just different.

Also horrible diarreha for 2weeks.
and so on..
