Hello Lymers,

I know there is debate wether Lyme is passed on by sexual contact. Some people feel they are, including mysel, since girl friend seems to having symptoms. She will be getting tested soon.
My questions to you all is:
1.) Have any of you passed on Lyme AND Babesia/Bart???

2.) Why do you feel your partner was infected by you??

Wife by me and she never been bitten by a tick and she dose not go where the chances of a tick are high and we allways checked ourselves over. And since we have unprotected sex for forever and I was infected since 1988 a with several strains.

And I was off abx's for 7.5 months and got back and she exhibited symptoms I thought get her checked in case we were passing it back&forth.
Well the math isnt hard.

Remember, it is a relative to syphilis, so yes. I gave it to my husband who was never bitten. I had a nasty bite from the tick in 1994 but the doctor did not know what bit me even though something black was in the bite and disappeared the next day.
I do know that babesia is in the blood supply per the NEw York blood bank. I did not pass the HME, HGE, nor babesia to him.

He had these terrible migraines, his main symptom. After I went to 16 doctors who said MS, Lupus and I do not know what it could be, I did not get treated until he LUAT test showed lyme in 2000. I then went to Bowen who found all the rest.
My husband has been on an IV for 5 months now and still has the highes reading from Bowen labs. He also had the 8 bands on the WB from Igenex.
Hope this helps.
