My most recent lab work revealed mold toxin. I am being treated for Lyme & multiple coinfections. Our home is new and no mold is visible. Does anyone have any info regarding how mold toxins relate to this whole picture?

Samsy, Mold is another neurotoxin..It can cause the same symptoms as does lyme disease..It may not be from your home..It could be from a previous esposure or from work or another building.

You could check on this at chronicneurotoxin(?s).com There is also a new book to soon be available on this topic.

I'm curious as to what lab work revealed mold toxin? Are you seeing an environmental health doctor, or a toxicologist, or what? Thanks!

Samsy, how do you feel when your in a different environment for an extended period? Does anyone else in your have have the sam symptoms? My allergist siad that other than charcoal, avoidance is the primary modality for Mold or mycotoxin exposure.

What lab work did you have for the mold toxin?

There's a thread on this I started called "Are we overlooking MOLDS?". I was referred to some great sites and info on that thread.

I've had similar concerns to yours.

The book coming out, which should be the authoritative text on mycotoxins, is by Dr. S (rhymes with flueshasker) and is called "Mold Warriors" I believe.
