Hi!
I have been taking a mega B for a long time now as I thought it would be a good idea due to the effect Lyme has on the nervous system

The other night I was reading on the net that parasites(including lyme) thrive on Vit B.

Has anyone else read similiar stuff?

It is just so confusing!!!!You think you are doing something good and then all of a sudden it is bad for you!!

Thanks,Sue.

Viruses are the smallest parasites and most certainly do thrive on the B-Vitamins, especially B-12. The thing is, some people say a B-complex every other day is, for some reason, effective against viruses, and, not just viruses, but the cells in your body also thrive on the B's.
