okay, my bet is that this doc is going to be so impressed with your level of knowledge of lyme disease that he or she is going to sit spell bound and totally captivated for 3-5 hours. he/she is going to take copious notes and be so thrilled with all of the information he/she has learned, that he/she will call in the staff and you will educate them all. they, in turn, will go out into the world and spread the word and you will be awarded a nobel prize in medicine.....
hey it's late and my mind tends to get really creative (crazy) this time of night.... cootiegirl

Years ago, my ex was bit by a beaver (long story) and had to go to the emergency room.
Once we finally got into an exam room, the doctor came in and questioned and examined him, left, and then came back with several colleagues so they could see the 'beaver bite guy'.
So I'm thinking it might go kind of like that?

It would be unusual to see a fly around at this time of year....but I would really love to be a fly on the wall in that doctor's office!!!
Good luck to you.....AND the doctor

Hey Tin, You should start your own practice and just put a disclaimer at the bottom of the sign "Not Really a Doctor" and I'd bet there are plenty of lymies that wouldnt care. Considering most "REAL" docs havent done JACK for most of us here.
Well it would work as long as you could write prescriptions...
Mexico maybe?

Ninny in the house (that's me) this morning.
Actually I might be able to pawn some of this responsibility off on you TC because I was up late (past midnight) trying as hard as I could to decipher one of your posts - couldn't figure it out.
Anyway, off topic...
Ninny report for the day is that this Ninny nickname may really stick at least with my son's teachers b/c two days this week I had to drive to my son's school to drop off his ADD meds (and he is lost without them...can't even write his name...his lyme tests come back next week). I know all they want to say to me is why aren't You on ADD meds? I forget to pack his lunch, to give him money for lunch, to put his paperwork in his backpack, sleep through my alarm to pick them up after school.
Forgot what the original topic. Do you ever place a phone call only to forget who you are calling while the phone is ringing?
I need to scroll down to the original post to find out why I am here....hold on a minute...
oh yeah....
I believe that you will probably be hired by this dr.!!! Are you ready to be referred to as Dr. Tin Cup or will you be choosing a more credible name like Dr. SteereCup or Dr. TinSteere?
Out of curiousity, have you not seen an llmd? I may know the answer to this question, but have forgotten.
Actually, It's probably an appropriate moment for me to apologize to everybody I repeat my questions and or answers to because I am forgetting EVERYTHING and remember NOTHING these days.
I even had an appt. with my llmd on Wed. to discuss this symptom and FORGOT my appt. What a LOSER i felt like. still do actually.
