I'm trying some Allergy Research Group Prima Una de Gato (for possible chronic Lyme). Dosage recommended on bottle is 1 to 5 drops, one to three times daily.

Does a dosage that small do ANYTHING? What kind of dosages are people taking? How long does it take to know if it's having an effect?

I started at one drop, and have worked my way up to three drops, twice daily.

It is a very individual thing, as to how you will react, and it will most likely depend on what else you are doing as part of your protocol.

I can tell you what I experienced, but I don't know that it will help, because each of us is so very different!

I am also taking this supplement under the guidance of a lyme literate naturopath, which is probably the most helpful thing of all!
