in Mount Kisco, NY? I have left Dr. B due to new office policies .... he doesn't bill Medicare anymore and we are not allowed to .... had to sign a 5-page contract. Also when on IV's, must visit him once a month even though that is what my local doctor is supposed to be doing. When on IV's before I would see LLMD every three months and see my local doc once a month for tests.
But if anyone has seen or knows someone who has been to Dr. C in Mount Kisco, NY I would appreciate any info about him. I was impressed by his website. Also he accepts Medicare and is only 3.5 hours away as opposed to Dr. B who is 5.5 hours away.
It's just very scary changing doctors. I love Dr. B ..... his personality, "bedside" manner, skills in treating Lyme ... but office politics have gotten in the way.
So hopefully I will hear from someone soon ... my appt. is 3/7/05.
Thanks, Deb

Did Dr. B change his policy - and not allow you to bill medicare - so that he wouldn't get in 'anymore trouble' with other physicians/boards. I understand, if that's the case, but it sure sends a terrible message to other docs and patients. Such persecution of good docs !!!!!!!
