Does anyone know if a credit card exists for medical expenses only??

I am trying to remember what one of my old doctor's office told me when I was having trouble paying for the treatment. They mentioned something about a medical credit card that you could apply for. It was a few years ago, so I don't remember.

It's more like a payment plan...like those same as cash things...More for one time big medical bills...like eye glasses, hearing aids, lasik, dental work...

Not sure how practical this would be for someone with a chronic illness and ongoing expenses...?? But maybe...
