Hair...........but don't ask me anything else.....I have chronic lyme and the ol' brain just doesn't remember things.
If you have a LLMD he or she could prob. give you the hair kit.....then you send it in to the lab and doc gets the results in a few weeks.

I think it's hair. But, if you color your hair, it's not going to work well.

In that case, you either need to let it grow out so they can get it from the part that's not colored, or gather the hair from another place where you don't color your hair ;-).

Also, a practitioner that does ART (autonomic response testing) can tell through that approach.
