I've been on abx for over 6 months, biaxin, doxy, plaquenil and lately I have been feeling sick to my stomach and dizzy and feverish only after supper time. Also, my fever seems to range during day from 99.1 to 97.0 any input would be appreciated on both items.

The only imput I can provide here concerns the temperature range. A normal healthy person's body temperature usually ranges from 1-2 degrees, from morning to night. It may not be as abnormal as you think.

As far as feeling worse at night goes, I can't explain it but I experience it too! Every night, at around 6 pm, I start to go way downhill. I guess I always just attributed it to overdoin git during the day, and my body crashing.

When I had Lyme, my body would crash at around 4:00 PM. For some reason my symptoms would really get aggravated at around that time. I usually felt fine in the mornings.

In retrospect, I should have paid more attention to what I ate during the day to see if that contributed to it. I wish I had kept a food diary. Perhaps that's something you might want to consider doing to see what's triggering your upset stomach.

The temperature variations fall within the normal range and like Sara said, it's not unusual to experience some temperature variations during the day.

The feelings of being rundown are common to most lyme sufferers...

It has been likened to the "sundowner" affect most MS patients go thru.

Unfortunately I have no medical reason for it other than it having to do with the lessening of adrenalin possibly in the evening hours.

I personally get ragged out around 4pm and most times get back around 8 or nine at night.
Good luck..........................zman

4 PM is my crash time also. I take a walk or do yoga then and seem to get a second wind. But, evenings in general are difficult - tired, achy, chills. I think it is just that our bodies are fatigued from a full day and it is common the feel ragged in the evening. Your body is telling you to rest.
