Dovetail Study Shows Lyme Disease Fatigue Cut Patients Report Reductions in
New Taurox Study

SAN FRANCISCO, March 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- "Over 90% of patients who
regularly use Taurox(tm), an adaptive micromedicine(tm), report it decreases
the fatigue and discomfort of Lyme disease," said Floyd E. Taub, MD,
Chairman of Dovetail Technologies, Inc., Aurora, Colorado, at the 11th
Annual Ortho-Molecular Health Medicine Conference. "What they are reporting
is very significant," he added. "Of the 11 patients who took Taurox for at
least two weeks, 10 reported significant reduction in fatigue. They reported
diminished brain fog, less feeling of confusion and a greater ability to
perform daily tasks. Such an improvement in quality of life is extraordinary
given that most of the 11 patients had failed extensive previous therapy."

In the study, some patients experienced potentially life changing benefits.
One person, who had had been taking antibiotic treatments for about a year
with some improvement, but then relapsed, reported an estimated 80%
improvement in energy, and a 40% decrease in malaise. Another reported
similar levels of improvement after just five weeks of Taurox treatment.
Others saw improvement by 25% in fatigue.

Previously, reports at scientific meetings documented that Taurox
decreased(ft1) fatigue in patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,
fibromyalgia, hepatitis (HCV) and cancer. Dr. Taub added, "A number of
people reported they improved after they began Taurox but their symptoms
returned when they stopped taking it. The obvious conclusion that the
improvement was due to Taurox was further verified by their reports that
restarting Taurox again reduced their fatigue and other symptoms," he said.

Dr. Taub said that some patients take a month to respond while others,
especially those who start Taurox therapy early, respond promptly. Dr. Taub
noted that Taurox is a true complementary medicine enhancing standard
antibiotic and other types of therapy.

"With the infection in some U.S. areas reaching up to 50% and the incidence
of symptoms after antibiotic resistance sky-rocketing, the need for
non-toxic, easily administered, inexpensive complementary treatment to avoid
and reverse the debilitating effects of this spirochete is needed," Dr. Taub
said.

"Taurox has been reported to be useful in patients with all causes of
fatigue tested to date," noted Dr. Taub. "Taurox stimulates a persons
ability to naturally fight disease, in contrast antibiotics, anticancer
agents and antivirals attempt to kill the disease; this may not be effective
and typically causes 'collateral damage' i.e. side effects that may be
serious or even fatal. Taurox is reported to be non-toxic."

Taurox is a homeopathic medicine available through Dovetail Technologies,
Inc. at www.18884taurox.com, or by phone at 1-888-4Taurox, where it is sold
in products named Integra or TaurImmune, or through Allergy Research Group
at www.allergyresearchgroup.com or by phone at 1-800-545-9960 as Taurox 6x
and Taurox 7x.

Tree,

I've not heard of this but wanted to bump you to the top. It sounds very promising.

I've relapsed recently because of a cold flu I have and would love to check this out.

Keep in mind that the company producing the research is the company selling the product.

Hey, guys...research!!!

It only took me 2 minutes...

"Mechanism of Action

In extensive cell research it was determined that Taurox SB modulates the immune system in a manner conducive to fighting disease.

It was deduced that the in-vivo mechanism of action of Taurox SB may be through T-cell activation leading to increased proinflammatory cytokine production.

It was found in vitro that:

1. Taurox SB activates T-cells, increasing intracellular calcium, CD 69 expression and Peripheral Mononuclear cells in culture.

2. Taurox SB stimulates tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha) and interferon gamma.

3. Taurox SB-mediated presence of surface TNF-alpha killed HL60 tumor cells."

This drug increases calcium...so does a Mg deficiency (initially, but way down the road Ca drops too). How about a major allergic reaction?! Want one? This is gonna trigger histamine.

This drug stimulates TNF alpha...you've already got way too much of that!!!

I don't believe that research. Lyme patients feel BETTER with MORE TNF alpha? NO WAY.

NO> NO> NO!

PLEASE read and study my "Updated Nutshell" post so you understand what is happening. And then read "For my friends" (further down I "translated" the medical jargon for you).

You cannot substitute - permanently - one mineral for another. If Mg is low and you have manic depression, yes, you can use highly reactive lithium or you can do what George Eby (developer of zinc lozenges) did and cure his own manic depression using Mg. He has a HUGE Mg website...documented incredible research.

If you use lithium instead of Mg, you will still be at risk for diabetes, cancer, etc. because these are linked to a Mg deficiency. There are over 2000 websites linking Mg deficiency problems to diabetes. Our NK cells need Mg and Ca.
