How much do I take? Do I just drink it or do I put it in water? Sorry, no instructions on the bottle, and I am clueless about this particular herb!

i've got a lot of drug/food sensitivities/allergies. because i can tolerate olive oil, i'm hoping i can also tolerate olive leaf extract.

i think i've got yeast stuff going on, so i'd like to give this a shot, but NOT a clue about how much to take...ramping up, etc.

its liquid in a bottle with a dropper. please, how much to take? to start?

Nose is like a faucet ! I have no idea what the stuff is doing, but colds, flu's, etc., never seem to take hold. I've heard it's great for yeast as well.

However, I have searched here & on google and cannot for the life of me find starting/full doses of LIQUID olive leaf glycerin for yeast/lyme.

All articles reference capsules.

That is why I am hoping someone will respond who perhaps uses liquid version.

A company called East Park research makes something called d-lenolate(?), the active ingredient in Olive leaf(?). l-lenolate, its 3D counterpart, is also an active ingredient. I guess the thinking here is that susceptible organisms can quickly adapt to the l-lenolate, but not the d-lenolate; or, it takes longer for them to mount a defense against the 'd-' form, and so more yeast are killed.

A book called, 'The Yeast Connection' is supposed to be one of the best books on the topic, but I've never read it.
