Hello everyone,

Sorry if I'm being redundant but the serach function is still not working.

My neuro symptoms have gotten worse recently after having the flu and was wondering what the best supplement would be?

I've heard some of the B vitamins are helfpul and wasn't sure which B or if something else might be helpful.

I take a b-50 http://www.iherb.com/b50.html

b-12 http://www.iherb.com/methylsn5.html

b-5 http://www.iherb.com/pantosn500mg.html

b-6 http://www.iherb.com/b63.html

These were recommended to me by my Dr. but they are basedon my bloodtests.......so please clear all this with your doc before taking it.

These vitamins do help me. I also get nutritional IV once a week.

Besides B vitimans, I have found that SAMENTO has been the best supplement for me.

Hydergine (by Rx) and Piracetem are really working for me- my memory is better and I'm not that foggy anymore.

Methylcobalamin B-12 injections daily are the best thing I have found for neuro-Lyme especially brain fog and lack of energy. SAM-e is also really good.
