It sounds to me like nerve pain. It could be caused by a pinched nerve or a tight muscle in your neck.

Feel around the muscles in your neck and shoulder area on that side. Pinch any muscles that feel tight, and see if it causes or reduces the pain. Really tight muscles can cause referred pain, and I have had awful headaches related to that.

Hello,
Oh yes that is a typical lyme headache. I has all that before I was diagnosed. It went away with the Doxy. It still comes back sometimes but not nearly like it used to. Every time I have a herx it seems that is usually what starts the weird feeling on one side of my head. And it is the left side and I have noticed that alot of people have left side pain in their head. Hope this at least helps you know you are not alone. Treatment should help it eventually.

Blessings
Mule

Hi,

Yes I had left side headache at about the same time into lyme and treatment-

for about a month the symtoms were predominantly on the left side-

from my experience it will change- and lessen in some time-

This Lyme is the strangest thing isn't it?

Cheers- Sarah

I have always had one sided ear, head and sinus pressure. I get the cold feeling as well. My brain MRI shows a cyst right behind my right eyeball that is probably putting pressure on my nerves and sinuses. It is about the size of a quarter. The proceedure to remove it, as decribed, made me want to vomit - too squeamish for that stuff.
