Hi
I know there was a doc in Vermont - D.C. Jarvis M.D. who used this as a folk cure for chronic fatigue and many other ailments.

Just wondered if anyone had tried this and if it helped with any symptoms?

My friend in work swears by it and his mother is in her 90's and is fit as a fiddle, has used this all her life.

Many thanks
Emma

Don't know about cfs application, but I gargled with it for a sore throat. It helped a bit, but it tastes rude.

I've read that it will also take care of gerd and acid reflux. Don't think I could get past the smell and taste.

Hi

I have heard alot of good things as well about Apple Cider Vinegar tea - 1 cup of hot water, 2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar, and a teaspoon of honey. It doesn't taste that bad when it is diluted and sweetened, and "they" say that it'll cure whatever ails you. Grandpa lived to 94 and swore by it.

Where I'm at now, whatever doesn't make me feel worse is worth a try at making me feel better.

This topic made me smile.

When I was in Florida I met a good number of retired folks and chatted with them quite often. I remember one couple who were retired... in their upper 80's.. who used apple cider vinegar everyday. They would walk 2 miles a day.. when I was barely crawling from my bed to the bathroom.

They were VERY healthy.. very energetic.. and it always amazed me to see them. They could run circles around me... and I was 1/3 their age.

I don't know if would help Lyme.. but I do think some folk remedies are the basis for some of our modern meds. Example.. willow bark- asprin.

Since I started drinking apple cider vinegar with honey (hot) at least once a day, I haven't had any sinus infections, which I usually get every fall/winter and spring. I have been drinking it for about a year now. I actually do like the taste also. God Bless, Carol

I was raised with the apple cidar vinegar. We drank it with honey and hot water. Also honey on cuts. AND also as a great hair conditioner. I think I will start drinking it again. It balances out the PH in the stomach as well as the mouth. And NO honey for any child under 1-2 years old...

May God Bless you every day. And Never say never and do not give up no matter what. We need you to help others.
