I've been getting a really weird sensation lately. I get light-headed and even a bit of vertigo. At the same time, I feel like energy is pumping through me. It's as if I can't stay still.
Last night it got really intense, and then I crashed soon after eating a pear. But it started a couple hours earlier, after eating a snack.
Anyone else get this? Is it blood sugar related? I've actually been trying to eat smaller amounts more often, because my doctor said I'm slightly hypoglycemic. So my blood sugar has been pretty constant today.

Hi Aniek! I thought I was the only one who had the problem! I've tried explaining it to my husband, doctors and friends and no one quite understands what it's like. At times it's really scary for me...I almost feel like I'm in some kind of trance. I'm not sure if it's blood sugar related or not-I haven't been able to link it to anything in particular but it's been going on for months and it really worries me. Often times it hits me when I'm driving, having a conversation with someone, or even in a store. I've had a lot of pain in the back of my head with nothing standing out in my MRI, but I'm going to see a neurologist who is also lyme literate in April and I'll discuss it with him and keep you posted!
Just wanted to let you know that you're not alone and I hope you're able to get some good suggestions!
