I tried a search here but it continues to not be working. I just sent a second email to the webmaster who hasn't had the courtesy to respond yet.

I checked curezone.com and other places, and the gallbladder flushes seemed very elaborate, certainly more than my brain could process.

I have been having bad right side pain with a negative ultrasound. I wonder if the Ketek is causing gallbladder problems, but thought a flush would be in order now.

Is there a simple, maybe two or three ingredient recipe that works? Maybe I should ask first if this has worked for people and is a good idea.

I read about epsom salt, lemon juice, apple juice, olive oil, all kinds of combinations, and they all hurt my brain to understand.

If you read the cure zone it really is not too complicated and I know people who have found it effective. The aple juice alone will help increase pectin in the good old gall bladder.
I do castor oil packs on the outside with a heating pad every day.
Blessings,

Is the apple juice ok with yeast problems? I know it has only natural sugar, but have tried to be careful.

Are you saying to just drink apple juice?

Sorry for being so dense, it's one of those braindead days.

I did the Hulda Clark liver/gallbladder flush 5 times. I tested negative on my ultrasound for stones too, but the flushes made a huge difference. I got out hundreds of green stone looking things the first two times. Most people on curezone seem to favor the Hulda Clark flush. I found it easy to manage. By the way, if you are on abx, you might want to consider staying away from fruit juice as it can feed candida and lead to a yeast infection. It's a lot of concentrated sugar.

It's a process, but I believe a very necessary and often overlooked one for us Lymies.

Before any liver or Gall Bladder flush, you MUST first make sure the bowel and kidneys are clear, so they may handle the toxins released from flushing the liver and GB.

Depending on how ill you are, if with Lyme and on meds, I do not think harch "cleansing" is wise, but there are slower, geltler ways to accomplish a bowel cleanse, to where you are at the point of eliminating once per day for each meal you take.

I have done this slow and easy..you can find ideas on curezone, but basically, the most intense I've gotten is to do three psyllium shakes a day, with three oranges a day..for one week, with TONS of water and some betonite clay. Then found a very good lower bowel supplement to maintain on, and I will do a three day juice fast when the time is right for me.

You have to find what personally works for you, but keep it simple.

Once the bowel is moving, you cleanse the kidneys, which despite OK blood monitoring levels, are pretty much guaranteed to be very stressed with infection and meds..
they are such am important eliminator of toxins when you learn more about them.

On from there, you begin taking a very good quality parasite tincture, at least five days before you begin the GB/liver flush..and ongoing for some time.

That is to loosen any parasites in the GB, so the flush may be more successful.

Don't think you have parasites? Well...if you have Lyme and have been on AB's, think again.
I know it's gross but I'm just trying to help.

Be careful on curezone not to get caught up in the too obsessive and too complictaed. I believe that would be bad for those ill, and I also believe simple, slow, and steady works.

The GB/liver cleanse (after two months of reading on my own) I have come to the concensus that Clarks method is best, if you prepare, follow through..and do at least three of them, spaced out, till you stop getting stones. It's not that hard, really, especially when you consider the gains.

I personally do not worry about using the juices reccomended for either very short, 3 day cleanses..or in the GB prep..which is five days of fresh apple juice..I do not worry about yeast or other in this.

It does far greater good for your body than to worry about anti-yeast concerns. An apple a day has more meaning than I realized. Fresh apple juice is virtually medicinal.

There is some valuable info on cleansing and other at curezone, but you have to spens time, they also have publications available..again, work to keep it simple. A basic good plan in sequence it not that difficult (takes persistance)..and not that expensive. You have to read through lots of posts, or, you can order publications, look at the info/guides printed on the site as well..and follow that way.

A couple of forums have overall health plans and approaches that I am certain would help Lyme patients willing to spend the time learning, reading, and cleansing intelligently in an individualized plan. You can't come at this sporadically and succeed. Takes study. If you understand the "what's and why's" it becomes clearer and easier, I think.

We must deal with our pathways of elimination...because when you have active infection, are killing infection, and/or are taking meds..if the toxins produced in those three are not finding their way OUT..
you will continue to feel ill in considerable part due to that, not just the bacteria's presense.

I'm smack dab in the middle of this process, clearly I see I needed to do it (by way of results)..and I am sure I have no way of telling what is Lyme, and what is going to fall away once I'm through with this phase..
time will tell..........

Mo

I apologize for sounding stupid, but know that you all understand brain fog.

I have read and re-read curezone and other sites, and it's too much writing and too many tasks to understand.

I know that nothing is easy, but had hoped there was a real simple way to do a gallbladder flush, or at least to relieve gallbladder discomfort. You know, like those 3 ingredient recipes? I guess you can see that I'm not a cook either.

Someone has told me that if I just did some olive oil and lemon juice, it would be detrimental unless I first did the other cleansings of my body. I just don't have the strength right now to get it handled that way.
