i have gained 75 pounds in 2 yrs my mercury count is 8 which is toxic and always dizzy feeling faint, eyes hurt and so on i just need comfort to see if anyone has gained because everyone i talk to has lost weight?

I gained weight and I know lots of other Lyme disease patients, men, women and children who gained weight.

Some of it might be from taking antibiotics. Otherwise, it might be just the way Lyme is affecting you.

Please talk the mercury count over with your doctor and get some help with that soon.

Yes, I have gained weight too.

1-04 I was dx with diabetes 2 and lost 17 lbs. by walking my butt off.

7-04 dx with late-stage lyme, and I have almost gained it all back.

My LLMD said my diabetes is complicating things so I would NOT lose, might hold and would gain most likely.

I gained ALOT of weight with lyme. I am losing ALOT of it now.

Please, seriously get that mercury issue looked into NOW.

Yeah, I gained weight from lyme too. I am finally losing it.
