MrsSAM...I've seen other posts of yours. I think you and I are very similar with our symptoms.
I have a persistent Thoracic back pain that feels like a constant pinched nerve (knife in my back). This is the one symptom that has never gone away.
If I am to roll my head around to stretch my neck I can create pain all along the way...again, like I'm pinching the nerves along the cervical part of my spine.
I used to have the toughest eyes. Now, an old scratch on my right cornea inflames and causes the blood vessels to redden occasionally (not sure what triggers it) dispite antibiotic eyedrops. This has caused me to give up wearing contacts for good, or until I can get rid of this crud.
Your not alone in your symptoms! I also have the vibrations in my left arm and face.
Hang in there! Don't let'em win!

SOunds like some of my past symptoms- (Most of my symptoms were neuro)
Quadrants of burning pain, like someone turns up a localized bunsen burner... or someone strings a piano wire from point A to pont B- then twangs it .. or sharp knife like pains.. or long bone pain. For me these were neurological based pains (not muscle or joint- or mechanical pinched nerves). I also had high inflammation in my eyes (posterior and anterior Uveitis).
I pulsed all my abx, and started with doxy working up to more brain penetrating abx (and combo's) as I didn't want the ramifications of a huge die-off in the brain all at once.

MrsSAM,
Are the muscles in your neck and back extremely tense? If so, you may want to talk to your doctor about a muscle relaxer. I take Flexeril, which is a muscle relaxer that actually works neurologically.
I was in constant pain until I started. I couldn't physically relax my shoulder blades.
I have had more nerve type pain recently, and I actually think it is all related. I also have slight myoclonus, which is uncontrollable movement. I think it is all related to a neurological cause.
