Someone advised me not to take wine for sleep (I take a little in the middle of the night to get back to sleep)

I know it's not good for candida (have been on threelac for three months and GSE and oreganol for months before that).

When I take questionnaires for candida I always test very low (only POSSIBLE candida). THe reason I started taking threelac was to build up the good bacteria and thus finally rule out candida and know that anything left was lyme symptoms.

Does wine (alcohol) encourage spirochetes too?

I hadn't used wine for a couple of nights. Last night I took tylenol pm (1/4 of the recommended dose on label puts me out) and
later a little wine and feel really bad today--

Wish I knew what was causing what!

If you take long-term antibiotics, candida is always waiting for the opportunity to take over...period. You have to enjoy life though, so be cautious. Alcohol is a major no-no for Candida.

Lots of Lyme patients report alcohol intolerance also. I'm one of them.
