Getting crosse eyed again! lol~~
I feel sssssssoooooooooo much worse when it's hotter outside, mainly above 80, and sunshine makes me ill.Cloudy, damp, cool days are perfect for me. What causes you to feel worse?? Heat or cool??

I have heard SO many people w/Lyme say the same thing -- the heat makes them feel much worse. Could be the heat (akin to a sauna and/or hot tub) is killing off some spirochetes and the die-off makes them ill. I am the exception that proves the rule. The cold weather, especially cloudy days, makes me feel miserable -- but then I also suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, so maybe it's that.

Yep I totally agree

The weather is turning nice an autumny now which is great for me. Summer is horrible, my joints swell heaps and I get really hot and irritable. I just don't seem to be able to cope with the hotter temperatures.

Just thought I'd add my 2c.

I have SAD too, but I can't take the heat....at all! That's the only reason I'm not more homesick than I am for Texas. Frankly, it's just too hot for me there.

So any temps under 80 or even 75 suit me just fine! With or without the sun!
