I'm off abx for a while due to stomach and possible gallblader problems.

What worked best to detox your system?

My alternative doc wants me to do a parasite cleanse but I just am not sure. Don't we all have parasites or do we have more thanks to lyme?

I don't know what the "best" way to detox is, but every cell in our body has a door to detox from.

Our skin is the biggest organ in the body and sweating is an excellent way to detox.

Hot tubs, saunas (Infrared), epsom salt baths.

I have drops from my doctor that are called Antitox that bring the toxins out through the skin.

I think detoxification at this time is an excellent thing for you to concentrate on. Best of luck to you.

Oh, and remember to drink a lot of filtered water. Distilled in the morning is okay; but spring or filtered later in the day.
