Hi everyone,
I've been on Ceftin 1000mg a day for about 4 weeks now and I was starting to feel better,my face was no longer numb or tingling as well as my legs and my chest felt a little better and i thought it was working until about 3 days ago i started getting those symptoms back along with vomiting, not feeling like i can get enough air at times and episodes of dizziness and feeling like I'm going to pass out.Last night I had a seizure(first one in a long time but i also have hx of brain tumor)I am confused as to whether this is what a herx is like or if possibly tumor is growing back.I hvave an MRI next week to see how my brain is doing.I am just scared of these symptoms and not knowing what is what. Also can the lyme cause seiazures? I'd appreciate any info, anwers anything.
thanks.
Shelly

Did you call your LLMD? I know for a fact that Lyme can cause seizures. So it would make alot of sense that you are on your monthly herx and this has caused some overload on your brain.

But I would definitely call doc.

Hope you feel better soon. I'd be scared senseless. So we'll all be hoping for the best!
