During/after treatment - How often should one be tested for lyme? i.e. do the numbers change after abx tx?

I don't see any point in testing. Lyme is a clinical diagnosis. If you are having symptoms, they should be treated because the Lyme is still there in my opinion.

If it would make you feel better, get another Western Blot....but make sure it's from Igenex.

Bowen is another possibility....different testing.

My LLMD once mentioned that some monitor progress with a WB every 3-4 weeks. Expensive, no?

I haven't done a Western Blot in 2 years or longer. MD is treating on symptoms. Insurance would just love for us to be tested on a day when the chetes are asleep so they can stop paying for treatment. The tests are not terrible reliable. JMHO.
