I am also having problems with my lymph glands in my neck, throat, and face becoming extremely swollen. Is there anything I can do to release some of the pressure I feel in my glands? thanks

I posted a lengthy description of how to do one's own lymph drainage. Do a search here -They are also available at most alternative clinics, etc.

Do not wait a long time - your body is trying to get rid of the toxins and the lymph is stuck. This means the toxins cannot flow with thelymph into the blood and be cleared out from there, but the nutrients also cannot find there way to the cells.

The KMT22 works wonders for this.

As a starter, just gently massage the areas in that are bumping up - very very gently.
The lymph channels are right below the skin - so no hard pressure or massage type action.

Hope you find my post. Wish they would fix this search feature.

Take care.

Lymph drainage therapy techniques:
search
http://www.garynull.com, and http://www.arthritistrust.org http://www.mucos.de for lit.on enzymes and lymph nodes.
Also, an multienzyme prep., but without chymotrypsin, will help circulation; helps process stuff in and out. chymotrypsin will keep inflammation at a low level, which if extreme swelling might be undesirable.
http://www.Dr-Zhang.com 'Circulation No.2'

check with your doctor about interaction of effects of these and OTC, and/or prescriptive stuff.

ST-8 and LBG machines by ELF labs help tons.

Do an internet search to see how.

Anyone else experience these?
